It has been almost 5 weeks since I was banded. I have had very good luck so far, besides a few foods that just do not agree with me. Tonight I was able to go to a restaurant and eat some grilled fish. I was very happy that the place had something I was able to eat. The only trouble I seem to have is having a full plate of food in front of me at one time. I have been thinking, maybe it would be a good idea to get a box when they first bring the food out, to ease temptations.

is thinking of adding a laugh to the afternoon by going to the store to buy cucumbers and KY Jelly and DARING the cashier to even smirk!

We can learn a lot from crayons, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names but they all manage to live in the same box!!
