OMG MY PEEPS! I was trying to find some before pics of me in shorts and I came across this...I WILL NEVER EVER COMPLAIN ABOUT MY NECK AGAIN AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! I had NO NECK IN THIS PICTURE!!! 46 lbs. in 6 months...YOU ARE DOING GREAT in my humble opinion I will tell you what someone told me, when my family was critical of my neck, tell them to hop on the shut up train LOL

I don't think it's a silly question I'm 9 1/2 months out and barely started chewing gum again, but I've heard it's not a good idea. I try to be really careful.
