  10. I LOVE this question! I'm at goal and not really changing any of my eating habits. It's the sleeve that has really brought me to this place. I JUST CAN NOT EAT A LOT EVEN IF I WANT TO LOL. I do weigh whenever, just to make sure I don't gain, I really do not want to lose anymore, and so far, so good. I'm not sure what I will do if that happens as far as losing goes, because I can't eat anymore, and I don't want to eat fatty stuff (not good for my heart). But again, so far, so good. I do try and make good food choices, but do not weigh or count calories or carbs, and do allow the occasional cookies, or chips, or candy. I made up in my mind that I DO NOT WANT TO STRESS and would enjoy the journey and it's brought me to this place.
  11. YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY! ONEderful!
  12. AWWWWW I'm SO happy for YOU! You look beautiful! CONGRATS!
  13. I had diarrhea after I had the concrete bowls episode OMG!!! Probably in my 2nd week post op...
  14. I'm with you! I read post after post saying how people were going shopping right after surgery and nothing about any complications. Never heard a word about pain either and OMG I literally woke up screaming with pain. I had a terrible time drinking. I had pain with every sip. I didn't feel normal until day 14. If I would have heard about pain, complications etc I know it would have prepared me better. My message now is that the journey is different for everyone BUT this could happen to you. I think it's better to expect the worse. With that said, Would I do it again??? HECK YA! I'm lovin my sleeve!!!!
  15. That is amazing!!!! Enjoy your journey ...I'm amazed everyday where my sleeve is taking me yayyy!
  16. This too shall pass! I had a terrible time post op, BUT I WOULD DO IT AGAIN IN A HEART BEAT!!! I promise it gets better with each new day! You will get through it and be a skinny minnie in no time! More importantly a healthy new you!
  17. I love these kind of pics! So inspiring! YOU GO GIRL!
  18. YUP SURE HAVE! VANITY SIZES FOR SURE! I'm a size 6 which is really a size 10 when I was this weight/height 20 years ago. It's hilarious! I guess measurements have changed as well. I'm a size 28 waist which also comes up as a size 6. So when I was a size 18W I was REALLY a 22W SAY WHAT????? They knew I just wouldn't buy that size LOL.
