The nurse/instructor said make sure you tell them to take it out quickly. She said it will feel better that way. I'm telling you, freaking me out LOL! I think it's even more freaky because there will be 2 (?????). UGH!

I'm also 75% as well. I keep pulling my skin up or down to see how it may look and feel afterwards hahahaha! I'm not sure how they will actually do it (pull up or down), but I will find out. The thing that freaks me out the most is the drain, I'm not sure why, but it does . Yes meeting on the 13th at the park yayyyy!

OK my panni appointment with the surgeon is scheduled for September 14th...omg, omg, omg. I still don't know what I'm going to do yet. We'll see how this appointment goes.

They actually said that depending how low the belly button is, you may not end up with one at all yikes! And that it would be up to the surgeon...isn't that just weird, no belly button really??? I think I will be fine lol.

Welcome Ahhhh the dreaded 3 week stall...just keep on keeping on and it will break! I too wish I had known about VSG waaaay earlier in life, I would have totally had it done at 29 yrs. old right after my daughter was born. It's all good, I really really do feel my latter is definitely greater than my former and I'm now walking in all the blessings God has for me

OK remember I'm trying to maintain, I don't want to lose anymore (it's way more difficult to do than I thought): B-regular venti Starbucks caramel frap L-Wendy's single with cheese (no top bun-just can't eat it all, it hurts)-30 minutes later diet coke Snack-large peach, pack of extremes sweetly sour belts candy D-El Pollo Loco Chicken tostada salad (can't eat shell) Snack-will have a jelly filled donut (they were out of chocolate custard filled)
