YOU GUYS ARE DOING AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And remember it's a journey! We didn't gain all the weight in one day ...we now take it day by day one ounce at a time, one pound at a time ...Even if there's no weight loss in a particular week, it's a great accomplishment just to maintain, seriously!!! I was able to get in 5 zumba classes in 3 days this past Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (before Turkey day)...On Tuesday I actually had a class at 10am then one at 5:30pm and one at 7:00pm. It totally makes my heart smile because at one point I could barely walk up the stairs of my own home, to this...GOD IS GOOD! And I am so thankful for the strength and energy I now have!!!!
