I have been overweight most of my life. This last year I have had some health scares. So after talking to my family doctor and then doing some research on differen types of WLS, with my Dr, Surgeon and my family we decided on the Sleeve. It was a rough time for me because I am highly sensitive to Anesthesia. So after surgery for several days I had a lot of complications. But once I got past all of the issues, I have been completely happy with the surgery. I would do it all over again. I am looking for a support group that I can talk to and ask questions since we live so far from the support group that is offered from my surgeon.
