    Checking in at 157. Didn't lose as much as I had hoped this month. November better watch out !! I did sign up for a 5 mile run in 2 weeks, kinda nervous now.

    I am actually up 2 pounds today. But I think it is water retention. I can feel it in my fingers/hands. I have had a craving of tomato juice this weekend. While I love it, it is loaded in salt. So I plan on drinking a lot of water today and during the week and hoping for a loss by next week. 157 today

  22. Wow ! All of you are inspiring. I have lost 60 in 9 months. I need to crack down a little more. Hoping to lose at least 80 by my 1 year mark. I still don't think I am in the green zone. Hopefully after my next visit in July I will get there.
