I'm fine. Just jumping thru the hoops of UHC. I hope to have my surgery in December. I will complete everything on December 7th. Yes I did the 6 mo supervised diet, the 6 mo support groups, and much more. It has been a long haul... Just hoping they will approve my surgery..

What insurance do you have? Appeal..

Had my visit with My surgeon, dietician, and phycologist. Each visit was a wonderful experience. I must say they are the best.

Soon to have 3 of my 6 months behind me. Hoping my insurance company cooperates....

Why did you have it removed, if you don't mind me asking..

I would go by what my doctor tells me. Some people just have nothing better to do but make someone else feel bad. Good luck..

I understand. The waiting is a torture. I am waiting to. I have an appt. with my surgeon 9/7/11. It took 3 weeks to get that. My insurance already approved it but I have 6 months of jumping thru their hoops. I am just ready to get the ball rolling. Good luck.

Is that who you used? Did you have to wait for 6 months? I am so tired of this hurry up and wait. I did like him when I met him in class. He was really nice and informative.

Wow! After 3 weeks I finally got my appointment with Dr. Whipple. I am so ready.

Well I went to the class Dr. Whipple gives before your consult. Got lots of information. Really having to learn to work with this hurry up and wait process. Anyone else understand my frustration?
