    At night is when my BIG SWEET TOOTH kicks in. I strugle with that so bad. I will sometimes have a cup of decaf cofee with my fat free cream. Its 75 cals (way better than anything else sweet) . I love the sugestion to brush my teeth. I am going to try this tonight. Tks for the post.

    I have Jillian's ripped in 30. The workout is 20 minutes, 25 with warm up and cool down. Its a great workout for both cardio and strength. I bought it on Amazon for 6.00 too. And can I just say how amazing you are for getting up so early to workout. That in itself is incredible!!

    Agreed. When I hiccup..... I stop eating. Its my backup just incase I am eating for the wrong reasons.

    I would like that, however, I work 6 days a week and have a disabled mom that I help take care of. Extra time is hard to find. I also attend AA meetings. I have been sober for 10 yrs and those meeting are more important to me. I will get back on track. This week has been good,.

    HELP! Lapband foods!

    I can eat anything but breads. I even eat pizza (toppings only). The biggest problem I have is eating too fast. Thats where i get in trouble. Good luck with your journey.

    I LOVE to take an avacado and mix it with a 90 cal pac of tuna and natures seasons. Its fast and easy. The avacado takes the place of the mayo and is way better for you.

  12. wow. Im 6 mts out and down 43 lbs. I have hit a plateau the last 2 mts. You know....loose 1 gain 1. Still love my band!!!

    that is where I am right now. I started exercising again this morning and I am keeping up with which days I exercise on my calander so the whole family can see to hold me more accountable. Thank you for your post. I needed it too.

    I cant eat bread at all. I do better with peanutbutter and apples or celery. Use he Natural PB. Its better for you. Good luck.
  17. I have had 3 fills at 7.2 cc. I have lost 41 lbs since Aug. My band varies too. I have more trouble in the morning than any other time. I also get the hick-ups when im full. I have discovered that on days that I feel real tight its best to stay liquid.

    Have you talked to your Dr??? He should be able to give you suggestions to get you started loosing again.

    2nd fill

    I got my 2nd fill on Tuesday. I now have 6.8 cc. I have been on liquids since. I ate 1/2 cup fat free beans with a little melted cheese on it today. I feel like I ate at a buffet . Hello restriction!!!

  21. My fav is Leslie Sansone. She has a 1, 2 & 3 mile walk you can do in your living room. She is GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  22. I got real hunger my first 2 weeks out. After I went to mushies it got a lot better. Hang in there. Keep drinking lots of water. I also found that adding a fiber sup to my shakes helped. I got it at GNC. It made the shakes real thick and kept me regular during the liquid stages. Killed 2 birds with one stone. Good luck with your journey.

    Hope you fill went well. I got some restriction with my first fill. Hang in there. watch your portions and what you eat is important. Drink lots and lots of water and let us know.
