well today I had my first "STUCK" episode and let me tell you not a great feeling at all !

today is 9 days post op and today my staples come out so far went from weighing 301lbs to 280 very happy can't wait for more lbs to come off

Hey MsCarmel38 thank for the kind words it has been such a challenge while on this liquid diet temptaion is something but I have been able to control myself till yesterday I had two tablespoons of mashed potatoes and can I tell you i felt soooo guilty so for the rest of the week till the 17th I am back on pure liquid but I wish u the best and I am here for ya we need all the support we can get .

Hello I am doing ok still a little struggle but what can i do this pre op stuff is very hard lol but so far 12lbs down I just can't wait for the 17th . Hope everythind is going good for u as well God Bless.

I get banded on Aug 17th day 5 of this pre op is kicking my behind already lost 9lbs how is it going for u ?

Just wanted to say thank you for the add u look amazing I just started my liquid diet today my surgery is on Aug 17th I can not wait soooo excited I thank banders like u that put the pics up of u before and after it has me sooo excited I cant wait to post mine
