  2. Been away from the gym fir 6 whole days! Bootcamp just about killed a sista!

  13. Had another butt busting workout today at bootcamp. Every day i think of not going back, but i do! However, as of today i have reached 48 lb weightloss. Bootcamp, i cant help but to love you....reluctantly. :)

  21. I had my first real battle with intolerance to food the other day. I had one tiny bite of a Nature Vally bar w/ Almonds and almost immediately it came back up. I was at work and had to run, run RUN to the ladies room! I am guessing Almonds will not be high on my list of snack foods.

  22. i havent made chilli in a loooong time, but tonight i was craving those chilli flavors. And it came out AWESOME. *pat on the back* ;)
