  1. Today is July 4, 2011. I've down to 220 pounds. I've dropped 52 pounds. But, now I seem to be at a stand still at my weight loss. I try to get my 60 grams of protein each day, work out at Curves, or do bike riding or wii each day. I'm also drinking water.
