Do as you wish VSG December. Its your life and your right. Personally, I will not tell anyone being sleeved, except for my parents and husband (not even siblings); but I have pledged one thing... if I see someone morbid obese, I will go upto that fellow and tell him to get sleeved for a better life.
Still lot many people are not aware of weight loss surgery. I will not mind sharing my story after I get sleeved (and start loosing) next week. 6 days to go...
