So my pcp says I got stones in my gallbladder and now I have to get that removed first, so now im scared the process might take longer
if you get it removed now, then you can give your body time to heal and get your band in december; i got mine removed 4 last month....its no biggie!
-
i had my gallbladder removed september 23rd...i had it removed on a friday and back to work on tuesday -- not a big deal.
-
I had my gallbladder removed last Friday 09/23/2011 -- i was up and moving the sameday (i have a 18 month old) just a little sore (like i did a lot of sit ups). I went back to work Tuesday 09/27/2011; i feel great!
if Lapband surgery is easier than gallbladder surgery, then it should be a piece of cake!

think of it as the best nap you can get; i havent had any problems and I feel really rested afterward
My surgery is on the 6th and I am very nervous about being put to sleep. I am not sure why. I know everything will be ok. I think i am so worried about it because i am a control freak and being under you have no control. Am I the only one who is scared or what. Please only respond with words of encouragment i dont want to be scared anymore than i already am.

i just had my third visit.....are you on a low carb diet? my nutritionist has me on a 60 carb a day plan ; i preplan my meals and when it come to dinner I make somekind of main dish like baked chicken or a roast (no potatoes or carrots) and have low carb veggies with that. my nutritionist also said from now on the surgeon would like to see significant weightloss. try to preplan meals...it really helps.
