@proudgrammy I'll for sure update and let you know when I get the water bottle. Yes, it's pretty expensive for a water bottle, but I hope it's worth it.

per MY NUT i'm supposed to always wait
30-45 minutes after i eat, before i drink
some NUTS will say more time to wait,
others less. congrats on all those squats!!

i am 5+ years PO sleeve - down 105 lbs GOAL
my doc & NUT both say you can't stretch your sleeve
you can/will/gain weight by eating too much, grazing ALL
day and night
