turns out I have a small leak. heading into surgery this afternoon...please say a prayer

Just one of those days when I am discouraged and like I will never get and stay below 330..I could just cry

heading to ER. surgeon is concerned that I may have a leak.

Oh man. Ate too fast. Gonna hurl--trying to hold back!

Frustrated!!!!

What better way to unwind from a busy ER shift than go for a run. Beautiful day!

Week 1 has been done, and now on two week 2, so far feeling good except when I over do it!

So, I am back in 'normal' jeans. That is that I don't have to wear elastic waisted jeans in order to be comfortable. I am so glad I kept my clothes. It is more encouragement to be able to fit into things again.

Tuesday is MY day!!! Feeling excited and a little scared...BUT READY!

Made it to the 170's! Woohoo!

Today's my 30th birthday! I promised myself I would lose 30lbs by 30. I've lost about 76lbs. God is good!

DAY 30 SUGAR FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I MADE IT Y'ALL!!!!!!!!!!! HALLELUJAH PRAISE GOD!!!!!!!!!!

I've been away from this site for too long. Time to get back on track!

Woo-Hoo Baby! Back on the losing side!!! Never thought being a Loser would feel so good

I know I haven't been posting much but I am 11 pounds from goal. What a journey this has been so far. I'm still technically "fat" but everything is different. I still love my sleeve 8 months out.

25 lbs down post-surgery!

Feeling good today, I slept really good last night and I am pumped for the day!!! Whose with me????

I hit 140lbs down...still working on it though.

It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood….oh yeah!

I look thin today. Love the gut (or lack thereof) profile! Sorry to brag--but it's such a relief to see!
