    Feeling some type of way

@ i saw your earlier post that was similar to the above you asked if anyone has regrets over surgery many/most of us don't regret it for a second in all honesty some people might feel bad they initially had WLS many people will change their minds shortly after surgery some have complications and do regret it i don't think this is the norm others like me wish they had surgery years ago you need to be aware of both sides of the coin you are WORTH spending money on yourself it is expensive, but you deserve to improve your health, become happier too sounds like you have cold feet put some socks on many/most of us have similar emotions sad/scared/nervous happy, excited these feeling frequently change from one day to another you are about to have major surgery next month for many/most of us - having WLS is the best thing they did continue thinking about surgery very important to know your true feelings be aware of all things that can happen devils advocate if you are truly not sure you can handle surgery at this time you might want to wait/change/postpone your surgery date whatever you decide is the right choice for you NOW good luck bud kathy

  12. @@skinnyrita this is the initial question/post you stated so i'm gonna respond to it others have given great responses to comments about how people talk on this site i have an opinion you have an opinion we are both right because these are opinions!!! Completely vested in healthy weight loss !!! i had MAJOR surgery 4 years ago didn't want to go through all this in vain!! I have lost weight over and over and.... then regain the weight with the "assistance" of the sleeve it will/can be easier to maintain lots of hard work for the rest of my life, but it CAN be done i work with the sleeve, and it works for me if i graze, eat too much, don't follow the rule. i am asking for trouble sob, sob (to be honest i have regained 6 lbs!!!) little upset - but i know i will loose that weight sooner than later!!! no ones perfect (then again ) not having to take many different meds, able to walk easier etc, feeling happy i have a great new life keep up the good work kathy congrats
