@@Kindle what is the problem with that?? it's ok to feel proud and a little vain you worked hard to reach your new lifetime goal i KNOW you will keep up the good work for the rest of your healthier, happier, longer life your friends might drop their mouths in Florida when they see you sorry your one friend gained all her weight back with the lapband IMO you have the right to possibly be the center of attention for a while if you are in group with her, see how she reacts to compliments about you if she gets all sad, downplay the situation you can casually change the subject, drift elsewhere change the topic when you are alone, see how she wants to talk with you about WLS about what happened with her regain maybe she would welcome advice one on one its possible she is very interested in your situation, how you ate etc let her take the lead since the "new" me has "arrived" i have become "a little"vain! too ie will pass a mirror at Kohl's and stare for a bit fix my hair and even smile!!! i know you look great enjoy it, don't be toooo shy stand tall & proud when you got it flaunt it!!! have a great time in the sunshine state kathy congrats

My surgeon does not require a pre-op diet .......
ProudGrammy replied to GAHUNTER's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
@@GAHUNTER my surgeon didn't require a pre-op i was surprised i think the majority of WLS people are required to have had pre-op liquids but if your doc says pre-op under your BMI is not necessary go with it the final word for any question/answer should go to your doc/NUT always listen to them (or me ) good luck kathy -
