@@Lisa_85 i saw/watched my mom eat a sandwich the other day (she is a tiny person) I am not a peeping grammy, but i couldn't help but observe she was JUST about finished eating/chewing one bite of food then she inhaled another bite it was like if she didn't immediately take another bite quickly, i was gonna take her plate away i recognized myself eating/chewing just like i did in my past life no longer - slow and easy wins the race now i eat and chew carefully, slowly enjoy/"savor" each bite get and stay full for a longer time BUT - once its mush - it's history!!! "times they are a changing!" kathy

@@Andi2522 i was at my heaviest weight i had the same feelings you did i thought when i "made" my appearance at the gym everyone would stare at me, judge me kindof like OMG look at her it wasn't till much later i realized IF they were giving me the "once over" they might be thinking............ how cool she is coming in to the gym, working on improving herself!! or they might not be looking/aware of me reason - they have better things to do ie exercise!!! that's what the gym is about Try and put your head up high when you walk into the gym you CAN slowly work with the gym, equipment, people you don't have to stay long at the gym increase the time period, you'll start to feel more confident you will gradually conquer your "gymphobia..?" i know you can good luck kathy

@@Lisa_85 i don't think you can different foods take different amount of "chews" to disolve any food, chicken, beef - chili, cheese etc chew until it's mush, then don't chew the mush!!! YEACH great weight loss keep up the good job kathy

@@Sleeve For Me nice to see you again been a long time i am 4+ years sleeved continuing to love my sleeve everything is wonderful health, happiness all that good stuff one year surgiversary i lost 105 lbs GOAL my weight has gone UP 9.3 lbs this past year very upsetting i'm sure i WILL loose those extra nasty lbs!! @@roundisashape 6 days later he showed up with all his stuff, and now he won't leave...it's been almost a month. can't make him leave. it's seriously getting to the "get the police involved" point, he's got some mental health issues I just wasn't aware of. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- i would have a serious talk with him (you probably already have) get police involved - ah, you think mental issues - oh yeah baby do you mind if i ask do you have any nice feelings for him?? do you enjoy time with him (even a bit?) anxious to hear more you said At this point, I'm seriously considering moving and leaving him there, lol. 105 lbs lost gone, gone, and gone keep up the good work good luck kathy

(i taught her everything she knows) LOL since you (or anyone) no longer has the vice of overeating it's possible you might turn to some other bad habit (like alcohol) smoking, shopping etc in excess or.............coming to BP too often!! i was never much of a drinker now i drink all the time Water of course drinking to your health good luck kathy

"Knowing you have a problem is 1/2 solution" (something like that) you realized you screwed up a bit with what's done is done!! you are on the right path now only suggestion i will tell you is you must drink more water!!! if you don't, i know where you live!! @@CowgirlJane wow - i'm soooo relieved that i'm not the only one accidentally took a dummy pill instead of my Vitamins that's why i sometimes don't understand life in general i'll keep working on finding different shows i only have netflex - do you have/anyone else have other stuff like showtime, hulu etc too much for me to handle, different places to go, shows to watch i would then have to live in front of the tv!!! pillow and all!! plus, sit in front of the tube is a BIG trigger for me!! luv luv Law and Order Special Victims Unit they only have 4 seasons though i think the show has been on 20 seasons!!!! i also tape old episodes on our channel 31 and 4 kindof addicted!!! reallllly gonna go check netflex out now kidding thanx for the info kathy

@@CowgirlJane et al i have trouble navigating on netflix, finding all the shows they have i have a few in my favorites then they suggest a few more i might like i will find an actor (Al Pacino) or drama, action, comedy put in name of person - they will show his movies but what if i want to see someone that i can't think of his name i would still be interested in the movie i know it shows/says drama, comedy etc but again if i don't know a name how can i look it up?? but i don't know all that's out there i don't know what i want them to look up since i don't know a movie or tv show i want to watch its like going to the dictionary to look up spelling of a word sometimes you can't find it since you don't know how to spell it the suggestion of Jackie as a show that i would/could watch, along with parenthood haven't watch season 3 of orange is the new black yet some of the shows that have been mentioned i will look into watching if you want to help a fellow sleever out raise your left hand if you don't want to help raise your right hand if you are not sure raise both hands!! thanx buds you are allll aces but you knew that!! kathy
