@@Valentina i tried shortly after my WLS my prob was couldn't find sugar free grape juice!!! i'll check it out again, i have the six pack "holders" for the popsicles thanx for reinforcing the good idea about making my own when/if i can make the purple ones i'll send one to you through the mail!!! kathy

@@Diana_in_Philly since i was knee high to a grasshopper Do Not Use NSAID! that "should" still hold true it has been drilled into my head!!! check with bariatric and ortho surgeons i am now 4.5 years PO good luck with surgery speedy recovery kathy

@@ojibway since your knee does sound so bad - any thoughts to a knee replacement (i'm not a doctor) obviously carrying less weight on your body - will put less pressure on your poor aching knees i had a torn meniscus at one time that was operated on doc told me i had veryyy little cartlige on my knee (bone over bone) my knee replacement was scheduled to happen a few months prior to WLS i happened to mention about getting the sleeve to doc the surgeon almost "dropped his pants" and said let's wait til after knee replacement after a few months you have lost some weight!! recovery (PT) would be much easier weighing less at 5'3 i was at my heaviest of 235 lbs doc was right about waiting, things afterwards were "alittle" easier still very painful!! hopefully YOUR knee will improve with surgery take those small walks for now as time and weight "lessens" - you will be able to move and walk more!! it sure helped me as far as your comment about hopefully maintaining weight before surgery i have faith in you (someone has to ) keep working hard pre-op, you still have time to lose a little more weight you've already lost 34 lbs!!! party dance party dance good luck think positive speedy recovery kathy

@@mileysfitmommy IMO, seeing a therapist is a good idea for many talking about food issues - many other subjects too try talking to a therapist once if this is not for you nothing ventured - nothing gained!!! initially i felt a little weird going to a therapist, embarrassed, self-conscious etc felt there was a stigma attached to seeing a therapist I discussed this issue with my new found therapist..... she said half the world sees a therapist - the other half SHOULD kathy

@@KaiserKid i am 5'3 short (higher end of petite) when/if i bought from womens area, jeans, blouses etc they would be too long for me to wear being short and "heavy" i aways would look bigger because my size (width looked big) i'm still 5'3 short but i feel 10 ft tall!!! that's my story and i'm stickin' to it!! good luck kathy

@@Kindle hello my friend the "bacon thing" was the straw that broke the camels back, right? wish someone put that link up (i did read, but don't remember much now "we" frequently read OP posts talking about their complications. Sad for them, hard for us to hear it's true there are many people that have physical issues, (leaks,etc ) even though there are sooooo many OP with problems - I think MOST OP have normal situations (gas ie) peoples experience with sad stories, stick out in the mind of a newbie (OP too) "maybe" the same hold true with the OP that make silly comments, questions. say crazy things about eating this or that those posts stick out, but they aren't necessarily the norm newbies - they are younguns, new and we must put them in their places sometimes!!!! VETS were are all around helping me in my earlier years 4.5 years ago!! i couldn't get rid of them!!
