    Grazing

@@Raynbolite Knock it Off!!! LOL you are right today is a new day start over eating correctly, minus the grazing Knowing the problem, is half the solution frequent discussions about stretching the sleeve will it or not i was told the sleeve will not stretch it can never go back to its original size during surgery there is a part of your tummy that is cut out ("they/we" call it the stretchy part!!) it is hard not eating (grazing) at times but, for your success - follow that rule and all the others i know you can do this i'm watching you stay strong good luck bud kathy

    What's going on?

@@facebro29 sorry today is a bummer of a day i don't think two (2) people can have the same "normal" what might be going on for you always - could be very different from someone else but both are normal/right for the individual nausea/weakness are both common/"normal" feelings for many you are very early post op the good thing about your bad days..... you have experienced good days follow you are sooooo early PO, different days you will have ups and downs what are you eating at 12 days PO? you are on soft foods?? you are already feeling nausea be careful how you drink sip sllllowy, take a few breaths/breaks "forcing" yourself to drink is good especially the necessary Protein drinks drink as much Water as possible too drinking too fast is not good and if you rrrrreallllly feel like you might get sick pushing/forcing is one thing but cleaning up "water vomit " yech!! you will eventually find YOUR normal feel better sooner than later good luck kathy

  24. @@NJ Mom some people might develop really bad heartburn even if they didn't have earlier problems pre-op i never experienced heartburn pre-op or post op (only had it a few times in my life) docs prescribe meds like prilosec to many (me) this usually helps the problem but not for everyone if you never had heartburn - it might "appear" after you are sleeved if you do have heartburn, strong chances that you will have heartburn PO some people have had revision surgery from sleeve to gastric bypass heartburn was unbearable glad you have done your homework/research common but true comment - "talk to your doc" i have read many docs will wisely advice OP on different WLS than sleeve do to the heartburn issue 5 years PO, i never had heartburn i luv my sleeve to pieces!!! very happy good luck next month kathy
