@@SuperJenn529 no cath when i was sleeved had a couple during other operations it was put in after i was asleep but in my case, it was taken out in my room PO didn't hurt, just felt a little weird/awkward please don't be scared/upset you should be fine look what you have to look forward to good luck bud kathy

@@Sammy1991 you must ask YOUR doc when he allows you to exercise ie walk slowly, gently post op this will help you get rid of gas too official exercise ie treadmill, machines, eliptical don't do til you get his approval hope you are doing well feeling ok?? good luck kathy

@ yeah right, who tried to sell you those bill of goods health issues have improved or disappeared!! clothes sizes and weight gone down, down, and down 170.8 lbs gone!! don't look at me, i didn't take them!! you have been so successful why would you stop now through maintenance?? continue to work hard, you will be fine!! good luck kathy congrats

LOL) ask all your questions some of your questions have already been discussed at length go to "SEARCH" in top right hand area check it out continue your research check out U-tube there is lots to learn can be overwhelming but i know you can do this!!! @@nikita30 they are "positive insurance will approve" hmmmm - the only thing i am positive about is death and taxes !!! always listen to doc about WLS not about insurance i would call insurance company monday 'fess up about how many times you went to gym i'm sure you had a good reason not to go to gym when you should have ask them what you should do now - or are you ok they might say go to gym more often in the next weeks good luck kathy

@@eso ahhhhh clothes are wonderful NSV's i see many more NSV's in your future cherish each and everyone of them i got rid of allllll my big clothes while i was losing weight i wish i had kept a pair to "visit" in my closet went to Kohl's one day went back to plus size i knew right where to go picked up the jeans with the elastic band i always wore them in my prior life tried them on in the mirror over my pants and stared at myself that's what i used to look like i cried and cried internally i bought the jeans they hang in the back of my closet ahhhhh memolries!!! keep up the good work kathy

that way i could/would have given myself a leg up with the weight loss practiced Water rules,eaten small bites etc why didn't i do the above??? i guess i wanted to live my last few days of my life before sleeve should have done pre-op - my new life would have already started no prob - me and my new life have arrived!! out with the old........... kathy

@@teacherjen my doc told me i don't have to do a pre-op diet when i asked him why, he merely said "he didn't believe in them" ?? i was also concerned. - only read that OP have pre-op diet i was surprised when i periodically read from OP didn't have pre-op diet good to know that i wasn't alone i've always regretted that i didn't put myself on some pre-op diet ie doing liquids on my own - oh well, hindsight good luck kathy
