@Alex Brecher Alex, Proudgrammy thinks she is back on the Email suppression list. She's believes this because she is finding items under unread messages that she is not getting Email for. If she is on the suppress list, can you take her off it again? I really want to take this to Spectrum technical support. Is there ANY way to capture or dig out of a log somewhere what the bounce message text is saying is the problem? Thanks... Tom (very frustrated DH)

@nickiarnold7 you should ask your doc many docs have various responses to this and other questions. my doc said no drinking for 6 months - but your doc might have you on a different plan. always, only listen to your doc (or me ) hope you enjoyed your cruise. 15 lbs down!! keep up the good job kathy congrats -

ProudGrammy replied to ProudGrammy's topic in Website Assistance & Suggestions
@Ken S. thank you so much for fixing the problem I can only blame myself, apparently I took a dummy pill that morning instead of my vitamins no wonder i was feeling weak for the past few days!!LOL thanx again kathy -
@Nanajoy@Sammy 10-30 glad you both are enjoying Bariatric Plan. ask any and alll of your questions suggest maybe use the SEARCH button in top right hand corner you will find that many OP have already asked the same ?, and you can learn from them. you will get answers, opinions, experiences and more many responses will be different because we are all supposed to do only what our NUT tells us to do never compare yourself to others - you'll learn many important/valuable things here. after listening to OP, medical questions should be asked and answered by your doc or NUT good luck kathy

@Alex Brecher @Ken S. hi guys looking/hoping to find new emails I know, i know "God Grant Me Patience, Just Hurry Up About It" thanx kathy -
@Leen getting the required 64 oz liquid, can be hard for many people liquids are super important , drinking 32 oz is a good start. you just have to force yourself/push the drinking. you'll get it! i hope you are measuring your food. do you have a NUT (nutritionist) who gave you quantities of food to eat. ie 1/2 cup oatmeal - you need to measure specifically - don't eyeball!! i suggest you use a small plate to put your food on. i still do that frequently. psychologically - the small plate looks full, and you trick yourself that you are eating more. LOL (small utensils too) my NUT told me to eat up to 30 minutes - stop after that. as far as exercise - walking is great. you could rent a DVD with exercises too. Everyone here is nice and supportive. (couple of bad apples in any group) never too early or late to ask any question. asking for help shows that you know you must/and will learn!! good luck newbie kathy

ProudGrammy replied to Darrie97's topic in Fitness & Exercise
@Darrie97 you lost 93 lbs in 8 months (don''t look at me, I didn't take them) stalls do eventually break - most of us have been there, done that!! you'll probably weigh under 200 lbs sooner than later. then continue your quest to GOAL - good luck "God Grant Me Patience, Just Hurry Up About It!!" kathy -
