    High Risk?

mrsflyboybs hi there - so you want to get "knocked up"?? haven't heard that expression since i went to high school with the dinasours!! there is a board for "preggos", people wanting to get pregnant - and people that are already pregnant all docs say different things - some people on our board get pregnant without meaning to "some" docs say you should wait up to 2 years post up before you get pregnant check with your doc concerning high risk et al - might vary for each person, but i "think" for the most part people get pregnant and are not considered high risk but you will find the more specific answer from someone in the better "know" gotta comment on your "disclaimer" its sad, but i understand why you wrote it (the disclaimer) other people are writing similar things "disclaimers" because they understanably don't want/need to hear any harsh comments people have left the board because instead of getting support, they got some harsh reality from "well meaning sleevers I think more and more people have become aware of and successfully are "curbing" their comments now giving support, with well thought out words of wisdom and help, advice, support - this is what we've all wanted, and needed from this board wish you well big congrats on loosing 115 lbs WooHoo wishing you well on bringing a new angel into the world

    Can't Believe It!

determined4 when people are happy, excited, thrilled et al - they continue to do great because they have those wonderful feelings helping them to be motivated, continueing their weight loss going in the right direction some people might be upset about losing "only" (we aren't supposed to use that word ) "only" losing "X" amount then when they are "sad, depressed" they might bite their nose to spite their face, and unintentionally not do as well in their weight loss process - for awhile hope i said the above alright you have done wonderful - 29 lbs down, gone, left, down the toilet!!! flush determined4 continue to be happy keep up the great work kudos

    WOOHOO!

kpaige77[/b] you are doing wonderful you started out with a lower BMI - less weight to lose (not minimizing what you have to loose) yes you are right, that the weight loss "might" start to slow down its good that you are aware of that - slow and steady wins the race? that being said, who knows - your weight loss might steadily go down - lets not look for trouble - you are doing grrrrrrrrreat keep up the good job congrats

    grazing (good) alternatives

Fiddle i will 2nd the emotion on eating beef jerkey, or baby bel cheese - love both i have boiled an egg too - that takes the "edge" off only thing is after i make the egg, i have to put in fridge for 30 minutes, i only like them cold my favorite "emergency" stand by is "old faithful" my greek yogurt you'll be fine - all that exercising and stuff - burning off all those calories btw - why don't you proudly post a ticker showing that you lost 180 lbs??!!!! is it a secret??? oooooops - i won't tell anyone congrats on all your successes in your new happier, heathier, longer life - you are aces!!!! take a bow!!!!

1 month out! Good & bad!

Misty_eyes weight, inches, clothes sizes - all going in the right direction - wonderful, wonderful exercising too - bud how good are you??? suggest you talk to your NUT about your eating and drinking situation having to eat more frequently for dizziness et al reasons !!! IMO - since you are eating so few calories daily, maybe after you eat for example at one meal, you might not have to wait so long before you drink, that way you would be able to drink more that little you eat at one sitting - i don't "think" drinking in a shorter time period after you eat would be "that" harmful??? this comment is of course in my "unprofessional opinion"!!!! (got to cover myself!! ) but.......of course check with your NUT - she is the one to listen to about any and everything if you are having Protein shakes - the milk/water is added into your liquid intake 25 lbs gone, gone, and gone!!!!! WooHoo doing great!!!! keep up the good work
