11 weeks today! Down two more lbs from last week and 4lbs from onderland. I love the support of this site. I am going through a divorcce and as a result I am moving so this surgery has been the best thing I've done this year besides decide to leave a marriage where I was not appreciated. I know without the sleeve I would be gaining weight and not losing. To all in on the journey...keep your head to the sky!

14 days post op and 10lbs down, I'll take that. Today is my two week Surgiversary and I must say I feel great. I honestly feel alot smaller than what the scale is saying..kind of wierd. I am grateful!

16 weeks and I am down to 192.4..yippee! 3 more lbs and I will be out of the nineties. Thank you to all me sleeve sisters for the positive energy!

3 WEEKS UNTIL I TURN THE PAGE...AND GO TO THE NEXT EXCITING CHAPTER OF MY LIFE!

5 wks out and feeling good. Thanking the Creator for the pounds and inches that continue to leave my body. I am down 19lbs in 5 wks and working my way to onderland. Be patient with yourselves...this is a marathon and not a race. Peace to all on this road to success!

6wks today and down 24lbs..."Dragonfly in the sun, you know how I feel, butterflies having fun, you know how I feel. It's a new dawn, it's a new day, it's a new life for me. AND I'M FEELING GOOOOOOOD! Peace & Blessings to all on this journey!

7 days post op. I just finished walking on the treadmill, so I am feeling pretty much back to normal. I lost 5lbs since the surgery. I haven't really felt "full" yet, but I guess I will feel it more once I advance to full liquids. Thanks to all of you for your support on this awesome journey!

Down 1.6 lbs this week and exactly 10lbs from goal. On this journey they're many twist, turns, ups & downs, but all are necessary to bring out the best in YOU! STAY FOCUSED

Down 1.6lbs this week. 173.2 and that is 8.2 lbs from my personal goal. I have already accepted my body the way it is now. 8.2lbs is not going to make that huge of a difference. It's just accomlishing my goal that will bring me joy. Love & Light to all on this journey!

Feeling elevated and excited about life. About a 1/2 lb weight loss this week and I think that is awesome. I love and thank myself for this gift. Elevate your minds and the rest will follow. PEACE!

Greetings sleeve sisters! I am back on track from the cruise weight gain, and I lost 5lbs this week. I am at 185.4 (whoot, whoot) only 15-20lbs from goal. Let's be thankful and greatful for these beautiful bodies that carry the real us...wich is our spirit's. Light & Love to all on this journey and it is a JOURNEY not a DESTINATION!

Hey Barbara, how cool the same birthdate! Happy birthday sleeve sister! I will post as soon as I recover and can get to my computer. I am taking my laptop so I can keep everyone posted. I'm in the eighties(to the tune of I'm in the Money) LOL. Welll it's week 18 and I am 187.2. That is 52lbs since surgery date and my goal is within arms reach. I have never in my life seen 180 anything on the scale. Ladies work your sleeve...because the sleeve works! Focus on what is, not what isn't!

Life is a gift from the Creator & how we use our time is the way we say thank you for being here. So use your time in positive ways! I am down 1/2 lb this week & that puts me at about 9lbs from goal! Peace to all on this journey!

Life is so special. Well, I am bouncing around these last five lbs like a ball. UP 1 down 1, but I remember the days of up 20 down 10, so I am still grateful. 5lbs from goal is nothing to cry about. Giving thanks in all! Blessings everyone!

Love & Light sleeve sisters! Well I'm not excatly sure how, but I gained 2.4 lbs this week. I cannot pin point exactly what I did differently. I have a feeling it may be I haven't drank enough water. So, I will up the water intake and off to losing again. Keep your heads to the sky and know that you are on the right track so don't look back!

Love & Light sleeve sisters! Well, I'm down 2.4lbs this week & at 169.4, I'm only 4.4 lbs from my goal of 165. This so humbling for a person who once weighed 318lbs (back in 1995) The day of surgery I was 239lbs (1-6-11) Living in grattitude is the key to happines. Elevation to all!
