I have been trying to be creative with drinking water by adding flavor packets, but still only get in about 24-30 ounces daily. I have been drinking protein shakes for breakfast daily (at 7:30am) but am famished by 9:30 am & so I snack (thought on healthy stuff). You have helped me more than you know. I am about to read my lit again & start over. Fill apptmt is 8/15.

Thanks for the advice. Everything you said makes sense. Did not think about going back to the beginning. I want to lose 20 more pounds. Got to get back to my exercise routine. I recently lost my sister who died unexpectantly & I got off track. Her dgh is depressed & depend on me more than on her husband. She's pregnant & has a 20 month old. Trying to help her cope.

Meekie this is my first time posting & I really need some band friends. I have been secretive about it with everyone except for my mother, niece, and a clost friend. I am really a private person. Next week I would have had my band for 1 year and I have lost 40 pounds. I am a bit down today because I have gained 5 pounds. I missed my fill last month because of schedule conflicts. Need advice.
