You're doing great and your results are showing -- which is why you're still going. It's great that you're staying committed! Besides, doesn't apart of you feel great immediately following a work out? It's always the initial motivation that gets me Oh and knowing the for sure soreness the next morning hehe

I was told no NSAIDs forever because we are at in increased risk of stomach ulcers. Personal friends of mine say their doctors haven't mentioned anything to them, though.

I have read that you will feel tipsy very quick. However, I had a little under half the amount of liquor that wouldve had me feeling it -- and only felt slightly woozy. I didn't try any alcohol until 5 mos out.
Also be wary of wine it contains a lot of sugar and it could make you feel sick just from that. I hear they have skinny margarita mix with no sugar. My hubby works for a food distributor so I'll post the stats on that wenever I get a chance (: have a great weekend

'Those who go through the gastric sleeve surgery are less likely to develop dumping syndrome, also called rapid gastric emptying, due to still having the pyloric valve remaining at the lower end of the stomach, but there is still a significant chance that some painful dumping may occur.'-http://www.livestrong.com/article/75886-negative-side-effects-gastric-sleeve/
It is not as common but it does happen.

I'm 6 months post op and still haven't gotten a new or old hunger feeling. Personal friends say they've gotten the hunger feeling back but I haven't. I guess it just depends!

Some people stay at 30g, I believe, as that causes rapid weight loss. I'm at about 60-70g on average and im down 82 ibs since feb 1. It really just depends on your level of comfortability.

The first two months my hair was really oily. I assumed it was my body getting rid of all the toxins I had presurgery. I don't know if that's right but it sounds reasonable ha. My hair doesn't get as greasy 4 mos out tho (:

Yes. First few weeks I instantly regretted my decision because I mourned food. 6 mod post op, best thing I've ever done. You're giving yourself the opportunity of a whole new life. Embrace it!
