You're very brave. While I didn't make it Facebook official, I do tell anyone who is honest enough to ask me how I did it. Especially people who are overweight, my hope is that I may inspire them to make a decision they may be struggling with making for themselves.
You're doing great. Keep it up (;

I am only 9 months out so I may not be of veteran help. It seems like you know your bad habits. Try holding yourself accountable through some sort of fitness app. It may uncover how the seemingly 'occasional carbs' can add up.
You're not bad at this, just off track. You have done phenomenal so far. Success is in your corner, the app will hold you accountable.
The sleeve is your tool, just utilize it. Best wishes.

I just want to thank EVERYONE for all of their support throughout my whole sleeve situation, journey, whathaveyou. I get compliments from many people in my daily life, work, etc for which I am eternally grateful. However, it is nice to see comments from people who know what I am going through. You're all fantastic <3

I wish we could channel this energy into something positive. Like we could focus more on the good, and hopefully, give someone a well needed pat on the back or praise. Id love to see everyone be so passionate when someone posts a new picture or an NSV and have them receive 6 pages or 80 comments. Let's breathe out the poision of negativity. Peace and love <3

I totally totally totally, 1000 times over, agree with you. And we are lucky that we know when to limit ourselves and to stay balanced. At first I didn't understand why some people go so hardcore and cut out some things all together. After reading I see it is the best decision for them to stay away from temptation. Yet, we are lucky to where we can keep a balanced perspective and eating habits. I wish you only the best of luck!!!!

You look awesome! Great job -- you deserve this! Ps. I like how you kept the room almost the exact same in each picture -- that's something I would've done hehe

I've started a page on my blog that consolidates all my fave recipes. Maybe worth a skim to see if anything catches your eye? Almost all of the recipes have pics and nutritional info if you're curious. http://gastricsleeve4me.blogspot.com/p/solid-food-stage.htmlThank you (:
