I had some i liked pre surgery that are leaving a weird blanket coating across my tongue. g-ross!!! I see my surgeon tomorrow and I am going to ask if i can sip pureed/liquified protein foods to get my protein. What day were you sleeved? Mine was sept 28. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

I am sure your body is still using energy to heal... Please try to get rest and it is my understanding that pretty much one day POOF, people feel normal all of a sudden. I hope that is you soon. I have no experience to offer since I am not sleeved, but just try to rest. heal heal heal!!!!!

I think our close friends love us enough to not judge us. Your taking a big step to change what you see and let that be your focus. I have taken before pics for friends and if anything I felt sensitivity and compassion for them because I know how hard it is. Don't try to imagine what they were thinking. We beat ourselves up enough!!

I am sorry to hear this. But no giving up!!! I would round up "fat" pics from the 2 consecutive years if you have them. Did you have to do a 6 month supervised diet? Is that what this: And I didn't meet the nutritional program guidelines that they require for six month. Is referring to? Did you do it and not lose weight or something? Just curious cuz I have my last appt for mine on July 24. Hoping we did everything right but I have not lost weight. Don't give up!

Could it possible be your body ridding itself of yeast? I know on sugary/carb filled diets (my current diet) the body can get systemic yeast infections. When that changes it can go through detox. Whenever I take antibiotics I ask for a script for diflucan because I inevitably suffer a yeast infection of some kind. And I am sure you were pumped full of antibiotics during surgery. But of course, I am not a doctor. I pray your hairy tongue/throat gets better quick!!

Is throwing up blood normal? I am not sleeved but this is the first I have read about that!! hope you are feeling better...
