  1. I had my surgery June 20, 2011 and have officially lost 100 lbs since then! I am so excited, and so happy I decided to get the band. I still have a ways to go, but am so proud of myself for coming this far. It can be done, just follow your doctors orders. The band is an amazing tool and I love mine! Never give up and it will happen for you too!

    Goal weight for January 29th- 240.6

    Weight on January 1st- 250.6

    Weight on January 8th- 247.4

    Dietary Goal for January- I'm doing pretty good in that department, but I would like to start trying new things.

    Exercise Goal for January- try to get some kind of exercise in, it's my weak point.

    Personal Goal for January- spend more time on myself.

    Date Banded- June 20, 2011

    Total weight loss since banding- 97.4 lbs

    What is your goal weight for the coming year- 199!

    I lost 3.2 lbs this week. I have been sick and haven't had an appetite. I did however hit my milestone, I have lost 101 lbs! I'm so excited!!!

    Goal weight for December 29th~ 252

    Dietary goal for December~ make it through the holidays

    Exercise goal for December~ walk more

    Personal goal for December~ make it through the holidays lol

    Date banded~ 6/20/11

    Total weight loss since banding/pre op diet~ 83 lbs

    One thing that has improved with your health since banding~ i generally feel better.

    Checking in at 260.8. Thats 1.8lbs.

  6. I do 800 cals a day. Today I've had:

    Breakfast: Eas chocolate fudge shake - 110 cals. 17g Protein.

    Lunch: omelet with two eggs and two wedges of garlic and herb laughing cow cheese - 210 cals. 16g Protein.< /p>

    Dinner: 4 oz baked pork chops with 1/2 cup mixed veggies. - 220 cals. 23g protein.

    Snacks: Cheddar cheese square - 90 cals. 5g protein.

    4oz Dannon carb control yogurt and 1/3 cup Kashi go lean crunch - 167 cals. 8g protein.

    I stay pretty low carb and I do low cals because honestly, I don't like working out. I like walking the dog, but thats about the extent of it. I'm also in the green zone, so that makes it a lot easier.

    Hi Larry...it isn't your mistake, it's mine, but can you please change my goal weight to 265? I had a typo when I entered and just realized it lol. Thanks in advance!


  8. I can't eat alot...maybe 600-800 cals a day. Today for breakfast I had carb control vanilla yogurt with about a 1/3 cup of Kashi Go Lean. For lunch I had some homemade chicken salad on a couple of wasa crackers. For dinner I'm having a casserole with lean ground beef, brown rice, green Beans, mushrooms, cream of mushroom Soup (fat free), and cheese. That's not normal though, usually I have 4oz meat with 1/2 cup veggies. I try to stay relatively low carb, but allow my self things sometimes (like the rice tonight).

    Personal Goal for October~ get the closets clean!!! I didn't do it last month.

    Total Weight Loss Since Banding~ 62 lbs

    Checking in at 275...officially 70 lbs gone since June!
