I had a slice of boars head liverwurst.it was so so good.5 days post op.Would it hurt me to have a scrambled egg in the am? -

I could go without eating anything all day,its at night when im laying in bed,is when my stomach growls,but im so thankful,it does not last long.

I was banded at Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern N.Y. -
Thats what i thought,the diaphragm,because,it hurts when i cough,sort of like when i had bronchitits,your lungs hurt from all the coughing.Thank god i did not have the shoulder pain,but i do get gassy after i drink lots of Water,moving around does help.

Not only do i have gas pains,but also from the other end too,is that normal.Im only urinating two times a day,is that the norm.someone ,please respond,im new to this and i have lots of questions.

I dont have shortness of breath now,it was after i woke up form surgery,i tried to take a deep breath and it kind of was painful.Yes they sent me home with a breathing machine.Thak so much for the info. -
i am 5 days post op,i could use a pal to help me through the tough times,and questions.This is my first surgery,im 42.I suffer from panic attacks,i get nervous real fast.i could use some support.

I have been using the gas x,it does nothing,i dont have gas pains below,just alot of gas.I guess i was dehydrated,my urine is very dark,i will be drinking more fluids today.My Dr. gave my percocet for the pain,which i mainly take at night so i can lay down without the pain.I still have not moved my bowels,since last thur,the day before surgery,which is probably normal.I have been icing down the port area,which is still sore. -

I forgot to introduce my self,im 42 female ,from N.Y..lost a total of 23 lbs before this surgery.Due to diabeties.When i found out i went on a no carb diet,and last blood work came back with normal glucose numbers.I have had a weight problem all my life,i wanna make a change,and feel good about my self,and be healthly again.No more taken meds for high blodd pressure.
