Here I am -starting week 2 post-op. The first week went very well -although I had a very hard time trying to keep up with the dail protein req's. I just was not hungry. Had apllesauce and oatmeal for the 1st time today (it tasted very good for a change). I am cautiosly anxious to add to my diet this week - but know that I am just starting the process. Any good suggestions for week 2???
