    I had my band put in 6/13/11 by Dr Duncan's Team too! I lost a total of 23 pounds in the first 3 weeks! 18 the first 2 weeks and 5 the next. This week I have gained 3 lbs. I signed in today because I became so discouraged. HOWEVER, I am so glad to hear this is not unusual! Thanks for posting the quetions and for all of the great support! #Queen Protien bows
