Yes, eat, eat, eat! Trust me I was there too. It's hard because you can't really eat that much because you get full faster and you won't lose unless you eat more. I was discouraged as well. I got over it though. I just take it day by day. The key for me is to eat 1200 calories a day. I normally eat a light breakfast (boiled egg and fruit) and lunch (some sort of protein) and then I really don't eat dinner. Maybe something very light. That works for me. I drink water all day long. That helps so much as well. My surgery was 6/11 and I have had 4 fills. My last one was in 11/11. I'm doing fine but should get another one soon. Good luck and try not to get discouraged!!
