Beni - I have been having the same problem too and hardly drink any Water. I think that is the cause of my problem.
Thanks for the great idea!

I think of you often, Risky Girl.

hanging in there - lol! You are not hanging any more - he he

I also am bipolar and could have the bypass. I would have chosen the sleeve if it had been offered back then. I lost 70 lbs with the lap band but am gaining some back due mainly to emotional issues.
Good luck with whatever you choose and let me know how it is going.

Thanks Lipstick Lady. I'm going to print out all your answers!

Riskygirl - I think when your depression lifts, you will be so happy it is over that you will want to get up and exercise. Hope for your sake that it is soon.

It does matter because I don't want to be rude. If the people in are lives are asking they are usually fairly close to us. Don't want to damage the relationship, just don't want to answer the questions.
I think we can still be polite about it :-)

How about when you are stalled for a while and are asked "are you still losing weight?". I don't like saying "No."

Thanks for all the good tips. I was just worried that something was wrong because I throw up almost every day.

Thaks! I will do that next time. My back doesn't have those deep ridges in it because I can't find a bra to hold these big ol boobs up!!! :-)

amponder - that is what I am trying to figure out. I know the bad foods slide right thru, but can't understand why the good food gets thrown up.
Could be my chewing. It's worth a try!

Thanks. But the point that I am wondering is why does the bad food stay down and I throw up the bad food.
-
Oh new me - I so desperately need help!

Yesterday I had a piece of lemon pie for Breakfast. Bad I know.
Didn't eat lunch because I was at a concert
After the concert we went to Outback for dinner. I ordered a 7 oz sirloin steak, sweet potato and mixed vegetables. Proceeded to throw the "good" food up.
Does anyone know why this is happening? I have gained 10 lbs back and this is part of the reason why. I ate very little. Not even 1/2 the steak and a biteful of veggies. I can't keep good food down and junk stays down.
The Dr. says I don't have enough Fluid in me to be in the green zone although I had this surgery 3 years ago.
I am getting very discouraged because I don't know why this is happening.
Any thoughts? Ideas? Suggestions?

Good luck Puravida. Let us know how it goes!

Personally I cannot see going HUGE if you were not that size before. I have always been a G cup from when I was 18 and 130 lbs to my highest at 275 pounds. All my sisters have large breasts as well as my daughters.
When I lost weight, I lost my breasts. They are part of my identity. The loss of them has been harder than the huge apron of skin.
I will pay out of pocket to have them lifted and augmented but I will not be going back to my original size. I feel DD is the biggest I will go. I have really enjoyed wearing button down shirts for the first time in my life. You don't get to do that with HUGE boobs.
Hi - that is me. I am a ii. They are part of my identity too and that is all most people talk about. A DD is the lowest I will go and that even seems small. I hate that they are so saggy - all the way to my waist and I look terrible. I am 57 and need a lift and a reduction. I asked the Dr. to refer me to a plastic surgeon, but he said I didn't meet the criteria? WHAT????

Wish I knew. I crave those all the time. I started on that slippery slope and can't get off!
