  1. I`m 8 weeks out and I get hungry, I always get hungry every 2-3 hrs. I understand that some people don`t want to be hungry but I like it. What I like most is I can satisfy my huger with small, healthy, yummy food. If I goto the Gym I am ravenous by the time I get home and so look forward to my piece of fish or whatever I`m gonna nuke. I don`t think getting hungry has affected my weightless.

  5. I am 6 weeks out and 40 lbs down. so as far as I'm concerned yea its falling off but I`m working hard at it and guys do tend to lose faster due to larger muscle mass.
  6. I had a stall for 2 weeks. I did start exercising at about this time and started to lose weight again as soon as i did. This may of been coincidental as a lot of people have said they stalled at this point.
  7. Me and my CPAP have a love, hate relationship. I can`t wait to smash it with a big hammer if only it didn`t stop me from waking up 100 times an hour. I love my CPAP (big Hug)
  8. Good Luck tdov1
  9. I love food. I love food even more since my sleeve. I eat slower, smaller and enjoy every bit guilt free (mostly). Now I`m at 6 weeks I`m free to eat anything, so I do. I was a volume eater and the sleeve is awesome as I get that full feeling after just 5 bites but it feels like I just had 2 pizzas all to myself. Goodluck :laugh0:
  10. Drink an obscene amount of water and put weights in your pockets.

  13. I don`t know how u survive? I try everything that I can and am making a mental note of what works and what dosn`t. My staple are eggs, fish and chicken. Foods that are high in sugar make me feel really horrid. bread tends to not go down easily and Soups don`t feel me. Just to cover myself i`m going to remind us that different surgeons have different policy's.
