  8. I like it. 6 months and I'm down from 130kg to 99.8kg. No more sleep apnea and can gym and run. I don't get dumping and I don't get hungry. After the initial weight loss it has been slow and inconsistent but still going down.
  9. My wife (who had a low BMI) and I travelled to Mexico from New Zealand to have surgery at BariatricPal MX. It was a very good choice for us.
  10. I have no problem with drinking anytime right up to my meal. It just goes straight through. After I eat is a different story.

  13. I've moved from 100% cardio to 50% weights and 50% cardio. I find it much better if you can get into some kind of group. I went from walking on a treadmill to 18k runs in 8 months. I love my sleeve.
  14. I got a feeling that my sleep apnea is not waight related but I still have 10kg to go as well.

  16. I unknowingly transfered my addictions to exercise. Just find the right Gym and right personal trainer/motivator. I went most days and I worked hard, walking then run/walk now I`m weight lifting and running 18.6KM for fun. I also am now an x smoker.

  18. no problems with any foods here.
  19. If we were good at diets........ If you like eating and your not putting on weight if you added exercise I bet you would lose heaps.
  20. I found that when I started (after a few months) a personal trainer really helped me get motivated. I stay away from the machines as they would just bore me stupid. when I had exercised before, unwittingly I would over compensate with more food so I never lost weight but with the sleeve its awesome.
