Good advice lol I feel like I should be taking notes cause there are things on everyones blogs that I never really thought of!

QUESTION: Do you have to lose 10% of your weight and then go to the liquid diet or is the liquid diet how you lose the 10%?

My eyes were big as I was reading this and all I can think of to say is "WOW!" It sounds like you are doing a great job so far, and I love the idea of keeping a checklist! I am barely going on my first consult tomorrow and Im already so nervous. Keep it up, this will all be worth it
