Ok everyone...I have been on MFP for almost a year and have never added any friends. I just track my stuff. I had LB in july of last year and have only lost 58 lbs. I have not lost anything in the last two months. I really need to re-committ to the LB rules and need some motivation. Please feel free to add me ...memphisqueen

I had half of my fill taken out today. At first I didn't know if I was just finally feeling restriction and having to learn to use my band or if I was too tight. I started having problems eating anything solid , it got to where it hurt to eat Soup. Today when i saw my dr he said that I was too tight, and they removed half of my Fluid and told me to do the 6 day post fill diet , then I will go back in 4 weeks to check on things abs go from there.
I was upset at first, but I know I could not go on like I had been. We will survive this hurdle !

Today I had 2 much needed NSV. I have been struggling the last few weeks, and not seeing much progress . Today a girl at work said "hey skinny" ... I just kept walking knowing she was talking to someone else. She said Tracy I'm talking to you don't keep walking .. She told me she has notices how skinny I'm getting .
Then I was headed out to take my 30 min walk on my lunch and ran into someone I had not seen in 6 months, and she "Ms. Tracy is that you ? You look amazing your beautiful !!
Skinny And beautiful are two words that I have never considered of myself . I still have about 45lbs to go to get to my "skinny" goal. But needless to say. I now have a favorite new skinny outfit

In a style similar to FreeCycle™, We started a Yahoo Group for Colorado Lap-Band/Sleeve/By-Pass patients to offer and find free clothes for their changing post-op bodies.
