Essential Personnel defined as, any workers that are needed during an emergency such as medical staff, law enforcement, firefighters, e.m.t.s. road crews. Walmart and Casino staff are not essential personnel.

To those that are complaining about schools being closed, I just got back from getting a blood test, I was outside for about 3 minutes and I could feel my hands and feet freezing. Those that know me, knows I don't get cold. These kids are not acclimatised to cold weather like this. So think of your kids!
