We all have blimps in our wright loss journey. This is part of the process. It is how we handle these blimps., don't let it take over you. Accept what happened and move on to what you know what has to be fine to get to your goal weight. Also I think it is important to examine why you got off track so that u can learn from that experience.. Think of it as an opportunity to grow.
