Some of you may know and some of you may not, tomorrow I have surgery for the Lap Band ( device that makes your stomach smaller for weight loss)... I hoping this will be a positive change in my life and make me healthier and skinner for my family! Wish me Luck!

finally my nutrionist apointment today, if only i didnt have to see her 6 times...

blood work done, chest x-ray, gi series, pap smear, and pelvic ultrasound all done!!!

3rd Meeting with My Surgeon on Tuesday, super excitied because they might schdule my surgery... Only have a pulmonary pre-op and 6x with the nutrionist...IF im lucky I will have my surgery by the end of summer, stupid nutrionist is booked solid!!!

nutrionist went great...

surgery went well...

Got my Cpap Machine today with an awesome hot pink nasal only mask,,,its so small and it doesnt bother my face much but im sure ill have to get used to it...

I noticed we have the same surgeon, any advice?

i havent been on here in a while, was taking so long to get my surgery date that i gave up...finally i got the date of 11/18 and it was approved by my insurance!

i have my preop 11/2 and start optifast on 11/4! wish me luck!

2nd nutrionist apointment on Thursday, can't wait...Then Surgeon apointment on 7/5...

im offically giving up, my surgery is 11/18 and im on day 5 of optifast and its killing me... Ive had a non-stop headache, lightheadness, tired, drained...Im starving, but when i go to eat a bar or shake my stomach starts to hurt half way through it... I have no idea what do to... im giving up and if my liver isnt small enough for surgery i guess ill stay fat!

less then a month and all, i mean all of my pre-op will be done... Hoping to get my surgery date when I have my pre-op with the surgeon on 8/9/2011!!!!!

Met with my surgeon today and gained 2 pounds...impatienly waiting to meet with the nutrionist...

sleep study tonight and band class first thing tomorrow morning...then all my pre-op is done!!!

9 days till surgery, i think ill call the dr today...

Cardiology pre-op and psyc pre-op on monday!

called the nutrionist today and she basically told me to suck it up and hang in there

that was the worst night sleep in my entire life, screw you sleep study!!!

8 days till surgery, almost 1 full week on optifast... I woke up hungry at 2am and just went back to bed, this morning i had a shake... still hungry
