I had my first education class in December of 2009. We go away for the month of January and did my next class on VSG in March. I had my doctor visit in April and had to loose 20 lbs before I had surgery in Oct. I did it very slowly but did it. I look forward to being in size 12's or so.. I am 4-11 and ready for health. Going up and down stairs has been a chore. It has gotten easier. ...
