  1. Thanks for the reply. I wish you are the luck on this new journey, that is how I feel about my lap-band. You are headed of me with the walking. I have been waiting for the weather to get nicer. (here in Kansas) Texas is warmer than here. If you have any questions I will be glad to help. A year ago I weight the same amount as you. I had lost some before I was banded. But it was due to losting my husband in April of last year. But he would have wanted me to have the surgery and take care of myself. Good Luck
  2. Thank you for the information. Wow! I see that you have lost 86 lbs. That is great. It will take me awhile to get around in this site.
  3. I was banded last Oct. I have been filled 4 times. So far I have lost a total of 34 lbs. Still learning what I can and can not eat. I am hoping that this site will be a tool to help me succeed. Really looking forward to warmer weather so I can get out and walk. How does one add a ticker to their information? :help:
