Make sure the meat is moist. Small bites.Also I eat egg salad, tuna salad, lots of Beans and things like that. I do eat carbs. Some weeksI dont lose pounds and start to get fustrated but then a couple of weeks will go by and I will drop 3 or 4 at once. Just hang in there. The weight will come off.

I did. I went thru True Results. Yes St davids worked with me on my payments. They will have you sign a contract that you will pay so much each month. They were awesome with me.

I eat more than this. I also work out a lot. If its working and your not hungry you should be fine.

Love your post and you are so right. The band works if you use it the way its meant to be used. Its not a free ride. Its work.

This is normal for me. I eat very small meals but several times a day. The doc said it was working for me to do this way then far be it from them to change what is working. My issue is I still fill my plate like I dont have a band. Oh well. Good luck.

Dont do it. One fill is not enough.Your band is not an overnite fix. I didnt fill the restriction until 3 months after my surgery.

I have lost 60 pounds and I dont think I need a TT. I am doing pilates and body pump so hopefully I wont need it. I do know I look better now than I ever have body wise. My tummy is gone exceprt for a roll when I sit down. I think I am the only one that sees it though. Good Luck.

I always eat more than 1/2 a cup. I usually dont eat until late morning but I do eat 4 to 5 times a day. I never count calories anymore but just eat when I feel hungry and stop when I am satisfied. I always try to make good choices but I am human and do fail sometimes.

You are new. Your body should be healing. If you havent gained anything then you are lucky. It took me several fills and at least 3 months before I saw any weight loss. It will come off just give it time.

I was banded in May 2011 and I had my first slice of pizza last month and it tasted soooo good. I had to take it very slow and the crust had to be crispy. I havent had any since it should only be for a treat. Nothing is off limits with my way of eating. I just now have a tool that will tell me when enough is enough. Good Luck.

I was banded in May 2011. My doctor gave the OK to swim in 2 weeks after surgery.
I did and had no issues.

I take 7 pills a day. None have given any issues except for my prozac. It was in a capsule and my doctor ordered them in tablet form and now I have no isssues.

I was also not required to do liquids. Only adkins 2 weeks before.

I do Zumba, step interval, yoga and am starting a piliates class tonight. I have had no issues.

I was banded in May also. I have lost almost 45 pounds. I eat way more than a half a cup. I eat around a cup and a half three times a day and yes I have Snacks. I am eating between 1200 and 1400 calories a day. I dont think eating under 700 calories is healthy.

I had a BMI of 34 and was told to gain 2 pounds and come back. I did that and the 6 months of doctor visits and was approved in 3 days. Thats what I did and I am now 5 months since surgery.My life has completely changed for the better.

I finally joined the Y this past month. The reason is I hate those machines. I have them in my home. When I get tired I stop. I joined the Y so I could take the cardio classes. I do 2 zumba classes and 1 step intervel. This is working for me because I am not going to leave in the middle of class. As long as I get there I get my excerise in. I am now on week 6 and am finding myself liking these classes. WHO KNEW?

Try the Skinny Cow candy. The help with the craving but only 100 calories and they taste good.
