Today was my first day back to work also. I am 20 days post op. I know you are going to do well with the sleeve. Whenever the old habits rear their ugly head just find something to take your mind of it. Also if you think about eating something that is not good for tke the money you would have spent on food and save it to bu a new outfit. I tried it and was able to pay my tuition for grad school. I will be praying for your success.

That is wonderful news. I know your family is proud of you and I am sure you have given many people including myself inspiration by sharing your weight loss journey. Thank you so much.

I read that you have sleep apnea and that you had to sleep with a cpap machine. I am in the same situation however I was fitted with a bipap machine. The cpap machine caused me to go into central apnea. I am concerned about the apnea during surgery. Any advice.
