    Accountability buddy here. I am increasing my Proteins and eating less carb (and also on board with Diva!!) and making sure that I get all my water!! Great job on the scale!! Keep it up!!

    Happy Tueday!!! Got 2.5 miles in jogging yesterday. My speed was not all that great but I am working on my distance and then increasing my speed. Felt awesome! Glad that you are feeling better Patti!!! Here is my menu today (3 months out) B- ham roll with string cheese L- 1/3 cup black Beans and diced chicken (sooo yumm) D- same thing as lunch S- 2 boiled eggs Vites- Gone Water- working it Exercise- lunch time and then going to try to shoot for 20 on the elliptical tonight. Suppose to rain so no jogging today. Have a great day!!

    Happy Monday!!! I did not have a good eating weekend. It is my birthday today so we celebrated this weekend. I need to start back being accountable for everything and quit with the BLT's. Today's Menu: (3 months out) B- a couple of sips of a Protein shake (I find that I can not make myself drink these anymore) L- chicken and black Beans D- Same S- string cheese water- working on it vites- just remembered them exercise- RUNNING (A big accomplishment for me) 2 miles. Next.......

    Bless your heart th the puke. The baby was up only 2 times last night. He is a child that does not need much sleep; however mom does!!! Thankfully today is Friday and I am ready for the weekend. scale moved again. If it keeps it up, I may be able to get to my Easter goal. I had my dr appt on Wed with my dr and he was not all excited about my stalls that I had. He wants me to see the NUT again and wants me to increase my cardio to 20-30 minutes 5 times a week in addition to my weights. I do my weights on my lunch break and I do not know how I am going to squeeze in the cardio, however I have to because he will check on me thru my husband. (They work together occasionally) Today's menu (3 months out) B- 2 boiled eggs L- 1/3 cup red Beans (no rice) D- thinking a fish portion. S- 1/2 Protein bar and string cheese vites- gone water- working exercise- going at lunch
  9. Had a dr appt yesterday. Only lost 5 lbs since I last saw him on Feb 23. Wants me to meet with the NUT again and to increase my cardio to 5 days a week for 20-30 minutes. I work out on my lunch break and it is hard for me to get exercise in once I get home because of our crazy schedules. I will have to refocus.

    Whatcha eating today!!! Wednesday

    Happy Wed!!! This week has been a long week so far. Did not get all that great yesterday working out but I am feeling it a little today. Hub is suppose to take me to eat out for my brithday this weekend and he keeps asking me where I want to go. I have no clue. food has no appeal to me since having the sleeve. I have a dr appt with my dr today. I hope that he is not too upset with me. I think that I have only lost like 7-8 lbs this past month. Today's menu: (3 months out) b- 1/2 of Protein shake, 2 boiled eggs at 9 l- 3 oz of spahetti meat and sauce d- grilled ham (the family is having grilled ham and cheese sandwiches and I am just going to eat the ham) s- string cheese vites: all gone exercise: elliptical at home water: working on it.

    Happy Tueday!! One more day closer to the weekend. Hubby brought the girls to gymnastics for me last night, so I got to go walking/jogging. I walked one mile, jogged 1. Today's Menu: I am 3 months out B- Carnation instant Breakfast (SF) L- 3 oz of grilled chicken breast D- 3 oz of spaghetti meat Snack- hard boiled egg and string cheese Water: working on it Vites: done Workout: going at lunch and the trainer said that I need to get at least 20-30 more minutes of cardio in at home, so I am going to work on that tonight.
  13. Need to shake things up a bit!!! Even thought today is gymnastic night, I am making it a point to go walk.

    Happy Spring!!!!! Had a pretty good weekend. Did not finish my "to-do" list but what else is new. It just keeps growing. Today's menu: B- Protein shake made with activia strawberry yoguart L- grilled chicken S- Baked chicken Snack- cheese stick, pork skins Vites- Done Exercise- walking while the girls are at gymnastics Water- working it
  15. Today is my 3 month anniversary of getting my sleeve. I think that I was doing well, I have lost 40 lbs but then all of a sudden it STOPPED. I am getting depressed and I don't know what to do. I have had a couple of stalls but nothing like this. The scale has not moved since I saw my Dr on Feb 23. I see him next week and I am worried about what he is going to tell me. Are these feelings normal? How do I snap out of it? Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my sleeve but I know that I need to get out of this funk that I am in.

    Thank you. On March 4th he had tubes put in and his adenoids removed. He will be 8 months on the 20th and had been having terrible ear infections. He would not show any fever or anything like that so by the time that we actually caught the ear infections, they were BAD!! I would take him out but, being that we live in Louisiana, we are starting to get our spring blooms and I don't know if he is reacting from his allergies (which he gets from me because I have bad allergies) or if it is just from the surgery. We go back to the dr on Thrus so I will see then. Thankfully my husband works with his ENT (he is a RN) but his Dr. did not have any surgeries scheduled for today so he did not get to see him.

    Happy Monday...ummm let's not and say that we did!!! LOL!!! The time change has my house all messed up also. The baby is still not feeling all that well from his surgery. He is still so conjested. Okay sleevers, I am in a funk. My scale is not really moving. It goes up and then it goes down. I have been toying with the same 2lbs for about 3 weeks now and IT IS DRIVING ME CRAZY. I am able to eat more and I am afraid that my sleeve has stretched. Sigh....I said that I was going to get up at 4 this morning but I just could not. The baby woke up 3 times last night and I was drained. I WILL GET UP EARLY TOMORROW AND WO before work!!!! Today's plan: B- Protein shake L- grilled chicken and FF refried Beans D- Couple of bites of pork fingers Snack- String cheese, Jerky Exercise- 30 minutes on the elliptical Vites- gone water- working on it.
  20. Still feeling like I am in a rut. Scale is still holding as it was this past weekend. I can feel myself getting depressed. Is this normal?

    OHHHH same here and then this morning my scale was up 1 lb. I seriously don't know what I am going to do. I am getting discouraged.

    Sickly

    I have been more sick with my sinuses. My Dr does not want me to take steroids so that really limits my meds that I can take for my sinus infections. OTC stuff does not help me. That pretty much has been my biggest deal, my sinuses and headaches. I use to be able to pop 3 Excridine Migraines and WHam it was gone, not now. I am going to have to seriously talk to him about that when I go back for my 3 month appt.
  24. I am like that with noodles....Last night was Ash Wed so no meat. My girls wanted noodles and guess what I had, their left overs.
