    Still feeling bad so I am really not eating much. I am drinking but that is pretty much about it. I had some Jerky earlier but that is pretty much about it. I hope to get over this sinus stuff soon.

    Good morning!! I am not eating much of anything today. I am so sick with my sinuses. I am doing good to get my Water in. Took my vites and that is pretty much it. Doubt that I will be getting any exercise in this week.

    Secret Sleevers

    My reason for secrecy is because I did not want people talking about me behind my back and people telling me that I made a mistake. When I feel ready to tell people I will but right now when people ask what I am doing to lose weight. I just tell them that I have to really watch what I am eating, I am working out and that I am focused on losing weight.

    Need to shake things up a bit!! Have not lost anything since starting the Easter challenge.

  13. I have been good. I go back on the 23 and I need to talk to him about how easily I bruise now. I have finally started to get noticed that I am losing weight; so that is a good feeling.

    Good Morning!!! Today is a fresh start and a new day of eating. I really dread Monday's, last night we go home late with having gymnastics. Supper was quick and on the go. So far this is what I am planning on eating today: B- strawberry Protein shake L- Chili D- Lasanga-the noodles (I am making lasanga for the fam and I am only going ot eat the meat and cheese mixture.) Snack: String cheese and a little chicken salad Exercise: going on lunch break (though I am feeling a little stuffy) Vites: just took them.... Have a great day!!!
  15. What are the recommendations for salad and fruits? I know that they told us to stay from citrus fruits. We have some strawberries and I started to eat one and stepped back.

    I know....we will probably just order an appetizer and then I will share with him. He is better!! The girls were disappointed but we still had fun!!! How are you kiddo's? I am being aggressive for the next challenge....shooting for 25 lbs....

    Easter Sunday - WHAT WILL YOU WEIGH???

    I am so loving these challenges!!! On the Valentine's day challenge I amazed myself and lost 20.2 lbs!!!! Like Diva and Juliarh, I am going to be aggressive and shoot for a 25 lb loss!!! Can I do it? I think that I can and with the weather turning into spring and the days getting longer, I can hit the track in the afternoons and on the weekends for a little added extra!!! Here are my stats!! SN..............Starting Wt........Current.......Goal.......Lbs to Goal Kgremmy.......190.8................190.8.....165.8.......25 Good Luck to all of you joining the Easter Challenge....I am hoping to my goal!!!!
  19. I am so sorry that you are going thru this. I have not told anyone other than my mom and my husband and my friends that live away about my surgery. That was my choice because I did not want to have to hear them tell me that I did the wrong thing. If your so-called friends can not support you then you do not need that negative influence around you. You are going thur something that they will never experience. In fact, like I told my counslor, it is harder than most people thing. Keep you head up and we lived closer, I would sure take you up on your offer to go shopping!!!!

    Good Morning!!! I had a Peanut Butter heart over the weekend so that was the extent of my Valentine's day celebrating. The hub and I are suppose to go eat out (well he is going to be doing the eating) next weekend. The baby was still not 100% and I did not want to leave him with a sitter. On the Valentine's day goal, I made it and then I went over 9.2 lbs, so I lost a total of 20.2 lbs. I DID NOT realize that I had lost that much. Are you going to do the next one? B- strawberry Protein shake (with real strawberries) L- chicken salad (like the kind that you eat on a sammy not a salad itself) S- Chili (tonight is gymnastics and we are going to be running) Snack- string cheese and jerky vites- only took one, the other two are in my car. Exercise- nothing tonight.....
