    Underwear And Other Under Garments!

interesting. I feel like i need underwear up to my bra sometimes!

    Buying Clothes Ahead Of Time?

I would go with buying things that you are close to fitting into. I'll buy shirts that are too tight, but if I like the cut (and how they cover my arms and such) i'll go ahead and buy it. If you buy too far in advance it may not be a flattering outfit. You don't know what your body is going to do!
  3. I've lost enough weight now where my underwear is too big. Not something I thought about having to buy as I lost weight. I always bought Lane Bryant cotton thongs, but their underwear is too large for me. But I don't feel like I am a "normal" size yet. Where is the best place to get underwear? On the same note, I noticed that my belly skin jiggles when I walk. Is there an everyday underwear/under garment that you've found comfortable enough to wear all day, everyday???? HELP!!!!!

    Newly banded and sleep

Yeah I'm not able to be on my stomach either. But I cuddle with a firm pillow. It gives me the same feeling, plus it keeps me from rolling on to my stomach. My port is still sensitive.
  6. My surgeon said at least 1 month post op.

    NSV!

At work, I had my back to the room and one of the girls was at the copier and said "don't take this the wrong way, but you've got saggy butt syndrome and it's a good thing" talking about my pants being too big on me. She's a tiny little thing, made me feel good. LOL.

Can my job cut my hours?

My insurance isn't through my job. Luckily. And this isn't the first time they tried to cut my hours. The last time they tried I was there to stop them. I think my surgery was an excuse to cut my hours, then tell me over the phone.

Can my job cut my hours?

I can file for partial unemployment. But I'm sure that my job will fight it.

Can my job cut my hours?

Yeah but surgeon would have to sign off on me lifting 50 pound boxes. He won't do that. I guess I'll be searching for a new job. This isn't the only time they've screwed me over.

Can my job cut my hours?

My surgeon won't sign anything that isn't truthful. I wouldn't expect him to.

Can my job cut my hours?

Would't that make him liable if something were to go wrong?

Can my job cut my hours?

I feel like my surgeon won't sign off on me being able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Can my job cut my hours?

That's the thing. I can either not go back to work and make no money or work 3 hours a day and make too little of money. This is horrible. Why didn't they tell me this before I left. They knew about the surgery back in May! If I had known this I would have either accommodated for it or I wouldn't have had surgery. Simple as that. I work two jobs because I have to, not because I love it. They know this, and still have waited until 4 days before I return to tell me that I will be less than part time.
  15. I was called by my job a few minutes ago. They told me that when I return to work on Monday, "since they're worried about me over doing it", I can only work about 3 to 4 hours a day. Is this even legal? I work for a small company (less than 20 employees) and while I was gone, they were having a couple girls do a couple of my responsibilities because the business obviously couldn't shut down just because I was getting banded. So they decided for those girls to keep doing that part of my job, and me to come in only a couple hours a day to do the part I didn't show them. I'll give them this, I know my job description says I have to be able to lift 50 pounds (which I can't do until a month post op). But I can get on the floor and unpack the boxes without lift above 15 pounds (which is my limit). What in the world? What can I do? I can't afford to only work part time!
