I took a nice long walk today and it seemed to energize me. Got a lot of little things done around the house. Tried a little refried beans with a dash of shredded cheese. Then, realized I am not supposed to start that until next week!

Hi Hopeful. Well it is all starting to come fast now. Yesterday, I was shocked to realize I had one week until pre-op liquids. I have been very busy lately also. My sister had her lower leg amputated on Thursday (diabetes) and I am the only family in the area so I have been at the hospital a lot. My son may be up at Harvard for a debate tournament in Feb so maybe we can meet!
